"Fewer phone models than I expected"
I was hoping to grab a case here because the site looked straightforward, but they didn’t have my phone model listed, even though it’s not really that old. I expected there to be a better selection, so it was a bit disappointing. The site itself was easy enough to use, but that doesn’t help much if your device isn’t available. Hopefully they add more options soon

"Good case, but is anyone else’s charging port tight?"
The case seems fine overall and fits well, but the charging port opening feels a little tight when I plug in my charger. Not a huge deal, but I’m curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing.

"The package showed up beat up, and..."
The package showed up beat up, and my gut reaction was that it hadn’t been handled with much care. The box was crushed, and the case had noticeable scratches on it. Not a great first impression.

"Sorta disappointing for the price"
I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The case fits okay, but it doesn’t really feel like anything special. The material sorta feels cheap, more like something you’d grab for around $5.

"Support felt slow to me"
In my experience, the support response was really slow. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, I didn’t feel like the help was all that useful

"Got the wrong case again"
I ordered a black case for my iPhone 15 and somehow ended up with a clear Samsung one. There’s something about it that just feels extra frustrating, especially when support asked me to send photos like I might be the one mixing it up. Definitely not ordering from here again.

"It got sorted out in the end"
I ran into a problem and reached out to support. They did fix it eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. Still, it worked out okay in the end.

"Magsafe works, but could be stronger"
The case itself feels solid and I like it overall, but the MagSafe isnt as strong as I was hoping. My charger snaps on fine, but my wallet has slid off a couple times which is kinda annoying. It’s not a bad case or anything, I just expected the magnets to hold a bit better

"Started peeling way too soon"
I picked this up thinking it would hold up well, but after just a few weeks the corners started peeling. I’m not rough with my phone at all, so it was frustrating to see it wear out that fast. Now it kind of has that cheap, worn look, which is not what I was hoping for

"Scratched up way too quickly :/"
I was disappointed with this screen protector. Within just a week, it already had bubbles and noticeable scratches, and the edges started lifting too. Definitely not something I’d buy again 😕

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this case because the design looks cool, but once I started using it, it just felt kind of cheap in my hand. After a couple of weeks, the edges were already starting to look worn, and the fit didn’t feel as snug as it did at first. It does protect the phone okay, so it’s not totally useless, but for the price I expected better. It also has that sort of generic, no-real-person-behind-it feel, if that makes sense. Not the worst case ever, but I wouldn’t buy it again

"Seemed fine at first, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered from poeticcases.com because I felt a little pressured to get a case quickly and it seemed like a decent option at the time. When it first arrived, it looked good and fit okay, so I thought I made the right choice.

After a few months though, it started getting loose around the edges and the buttons don’t feel right anymore. Maybe it’s fine for short-term use, but it really didn’t feel worth it in the long run. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I was trying to buy a case..."
I was trying to buy a case, but umm, the checkout process was more annoying than it should’ve been. It froze after I entered my card info, so I had to go back and start the whole thing over.

The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process, which was frustrating. I did get the order placed eventually, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
The site was kind of annoying to use. Pages were loading slowly, and the checkout froze on me twice, which was frustrating, especially when I was just trying to get it done and move on. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not smooth.

"Delivery was okay, I guess"
The case arrived in good condition, so that was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which was a bit frustrating. Not terrible, but I’m not sure I’d call the delivery experience great either.

"Waited for it and still disappointed"
I waited longer than expected for this case to show up, so I was already a little annoyed by the time it arrived. It looks fine and the buttons work okay, but the grip is really not what I hoped for. It feels slippery in my hand, especially when I’m walking or trying to use my phone one-handed. I’ve already dropped my phone once because it slid out way too easily. It fits alright, but using it every day has been frustrating

"Holds up well"
I’ve been using this case for a few weeks now and it’s held up nicely. There are a couple tiny marks on the case itself, but my phone hasn’t gotten scratched at all, which is what I really care about. It’s not flawless, but I’m happy with it and would say it does the job...

"Holster works, but I’m still not sure about it??"
The case itself is fine, but the holster is kind of a mixed bag for me. It clips on okay most of the time, but when I try to pull my phone out quickly, it feels a bit stiff and awkward, like am I doing it wrong??

After using it for a few days, it did loosen up a little, but I still don’t totally trust it staying secure on my belt. It’s not bad, just not something I’m super impressed with.
